Sir Rez Okhowat is a distinguished executive and sovereign legal advisor with more than three decades of achievement in architecture, infrastructure development, and international operations.
His leadership spans North America, the U.A.E., and Europe, with a portfolio rooted in innovation and strategic impact.
Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architecture and Science Technology from the American University of London (UK), Sir Rez has led transformational initiatives in hospitality, commercial construction, and trade compliance.
As Director of Leandro Iliya G.T. LLC, and through his sovereign consultancy work, he has shaped ventures with cross-border precision and elite partnerships.
He also formerly served as Head of Consultancy to the ICJ (World Court Division – MENA Nations) under the auspices of the Global Sovereign Imperial Royal Redemption Bureau, reference number 12806552.
